Responsibilities
Calendar Management and Meeting Logistics : Manages calendars and time planning for managers, coordinates meeting setups and technical needs, handles ambiguous situations. Event Coordination and Logistics: Assists with event planning, coordination, and support; manages event details and post-event follow-up; helps build team morale. Project Ownership: Completes projects independently, manages deliverables, identifies risks, suggests process improvements. Resource Management (Hardware/Supply, Purchase/Expense, Financial): Oversees equipment and inventory, processes expenses compliantly, participates in budget tracking, and manages vendor relations.
Team
Management Support (Headcount, Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding): Collaborates with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, supports onboarding and offboarding logistics, manages headcount data and transactions. Travel Management : Arranges travel for managers/groups using Microsoft tools, ensures compliance with travel policies and documentation requirements. Embody our culture and values .
Qualifications
Required Qualifications 2+ years administrative, business support, and/or customer service experience. Job Requirements: Other & Additional Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work. Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training). Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $25.82 -
