Assistant, Retail Agency Job Description Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Student Team Assistant to support our Retail Agency team in Budapest. This role is an excellent opportunity for a university student interested in commercial real estate, business administration, or sales support. The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to the Retail Agency team, helping consultants focus on business development, client relationships, and transaction delivery.

Key Responsibilities Administrative support for the Retail Agency team. Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. Preparing presentations, reports, and client materials. Updating databases, CRM systems, and market information. Supporting client communications and follow-ups. Assisting with invoices, expenses, and general operational tasks. Supporting organization of team and client events.

Active university student. Strong organizational and communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluent Hungarian and good English. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Employment Part-time student contract (20-30 hours/week).
