What You Will Do

F135 Proposal Pricing Manager Primary Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver completed TINA cost volumes to the proposal team in a deadline-driven, high visibility environment while maintaining the highest level of compliance Selected individual will be responsible for reviewing Basis of Estimates for accuracy and compliance Provide interactive support to the Contracts and Program Management Team during customer price negotiations Support proposal development in compliance with all Collins procedures and Government regulations Partner with Contracts, Production Control, Program Management and Cost Estimating Teams to develop detailed cost and price analysis for proposal development Support all government requests and audits and be able to communicate effectively with the DCMA and DCAA organizations Ensure compliance with government regulations, Collins internal regulations and Collins pricing guidelines Develop, maintain and periodically audit compliance processes for direct and indirect government proposals Lead strategies for customer proposed profit levels and overall standard pricing ground rules Strategically partner with the Proposal Management Group to implement process improvements Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience Proposal Pricing and/or Compliance Auditing experience Experience in Military Pricing and/or US Government contract clauses (FAR, DFAR, TINA, etc.) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) Qualifications We Prefer: Project management skills Experience working to meet deadlines Working knowledge of ProPricer Continuous and/or process improvement knowledge Knowledge of SAP What We Offer Benefits Some of our competitive benefits package includes:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees Generous
