Job Function: Career Programs Job Sub Function: Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op Job Category: Career Program All Job Posting Locations: Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Video Production Intern to join our Videography team in Aachen for a 6-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate videography, digital content creation, and global communications within a leading healthcare company.

Support the Videography team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of project deliverables. Build effective working relationships with global video team members, Corporate Communications colleagues, and project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of video productions, ensuring appropriate resources and timelines are in place. Contribute creative concepts and ideas for video projects in close collaboration with local and global video team members. Support the organization and management of video shoots and productions across the EMEA region. Create and edit original video content, including patient stories, event recaps, training materials, employee communications, and other multimedia content. Assist with live and studio-based productions in the Aachen studio, including podcasts, training sessions, video messages, livestreams, and virtual events. Support on-site productions such as town hall meetings, conferences, and other corporate events. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop engaging visual content that supports business and communication objectives. Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in videography, video production, and digital communications.
