Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities - Support your assigned business unit(s) by gaining an understanding of business goals and helping to implement effective HR practices. - Participate in the operation of HR special projects, including leadership development, onboarding programs, and learning & development initiatives. - Assist in the preparation, organization, and execution of related activities, ensuring effective implementation and evaluation of outcomes. - Support HR-related information management and data analysis tasks to optimize HR operations and decision-making. - Help promote and maintain TikTok's organizational culture through planning and supporting cultural activities.
