Summary The Senior Manufacturing Supervisor – Center of Expertise (NPI) leads the New Product Introduction (NPI) team responsible for ensuring successful introduction of new biologics manufacturing processes into commercial operations. The role provides leadership to a team of NPI Specialists and the NPI Coordinator and partners closely with Operations, MSAT, Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain and Digital organizations to ensure operational readiness for future products. This position plays a key role in translating development into routine manufacturing by building robust processes, preparing manufacturing organizations, and delivering projects safely, compliantly and on time. Essential Job Responsibilities Lead and develop the NPI team, including performance management, coaching, staffing, training, and talent development to ensure high-quality delivery and strong engagement. Set priorities, provide direction, and manage team workflows, approvals, compliance, absenteeism, and escalation of risks or concerns to support business results. Build effective cross-functional partnerships to ensure deliverables meet operational needs, customer expectations, and organizational goals. New Product Introduction Leadership Lead the NPI Specialists and NPI Coordinator responsible for introduction of new products and manufacturing capabilities. Own operational readiness activities from project initiation through PPQ and commercial launch. Drive planning, prioritization and execution of multiple NPI projects simultaneously. Ensure seamless transfer of knowledge from Development and MSAT into Manufacturing Operations. Build strong partnerships across Quality, MSAT, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain and Digital organizations. Program & Project Leadership Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within scope. Identify project risks early and proactively implement mitigation plans. Drive governance, project reporting and stakeholder communication. Ensure operational requirements are incorporated during process and facility design.
