As well as being part of the dynamic International Networks & DTC business in EMEA (covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa), you will be part of an international legal community with access to a wide range of in-house training and development opportunities, events and knowledge-sharing resources.

Part of the close-working International Networks & DTC Legal team in London, Paris and Madrid, this role has the following responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating a broad range of contracts for Iberia and the wider EMEA business (e.g. channel distribution; programme acquisitions; ad sales, sponsorship and client partnerships; marketing services; and technical operations). Advising the business on relevant matters of broadcast regulation (e.g. content ratings, protection of minors, European Works quotas, advertising rules etc.) and regulatory policy, coordinating with the Government Affairs and Content Compliance teams where required. Supporting the Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel in liaising with relevant authorities (e.g., CNMC, Spanish AVMS registry) to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory obligations. Advising internal stakeholders on programming rights and restrictions.
