Your journey begins with a 12-week summer internship, where you'll own a strategic business challenge, work alongside senior leaders, and present your findings in a formal business review. Successful interns transition into the full-time, three-year MLDP - a structured development experience designed to build the commercial judgment, product thinking, and cross-functional influence that define Amazon's next generation of enterprise leaders. Through rotational experiences spanning business ownership, product, and operations, you'll progressively take on greater scope and complexity.
