Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.   The Engineering Project Assistant will provide administrative and project coordination support by managing procurement and kitting activities, tracking project tasks, coordinating documentation and software revisions, overseeing peer review processes, preparing shipping documentation, and collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Provide administrative support to project engineers and teams. Submit procurement requests for necessary parts, ensuring all specifications and quantities are accurately ordered. Oversee receipt and organization of ordered parts for the kitting process. Submit completed kits to the build team, ensuring all parts are available. Preparing domestic and international shipping memos Track work requests using Jira or other project management tools. Assist in coordinating the release and revisions of documentation and software. Manage Peer Reviews, including creating reviews, tracking action items, and closing out the process. Communicate effectively with peers, engineers, and other departments. Collaborate to achieve objectives and resolve issues.
