Job Description
For Airbus Defence and Space in Manching, we are seeking a Technical Material Data Documentation Specialist Eurodrone (f/m/d) to join the "Material Data Management" department. The System Support Services department at the Airbus site in Manching provides operational technical and logistical support for aircraft currently in service. Responsibilities within System Support Services include, among other things, continuous customer support for all technical services related to operational use, comprehensive customer consultation, and responsibility for coordinating and implementing hardware and software modifications for customers. Our scope is not limited to the components for which Airbus bears manufacturer responsibility; we also handle components from other partner companies. The "Material Data Management" department within the Technical Information Data division is responsible for material documentation. It is an integral part of Integrated Product Support (IPS) and In-Service Support (ISS) activities for the Eurofighter, Tornado, and Eurodrone flying platforms, as well as special projects. One of the key tasks involves generating and updating project-specific guidance documents (PSGD) and Initial Provisioning List (IPL) / Initial Provisioning Catalogue (IPC) data. Your tasks and responsibilities will include, among others: · Creating and/or updating technical material data documentation in accordance with the international specification ASD S2000M · Developing product and equipment breakdowns based on 3D models and technical documentation · Preparing and commissioning the creation of technical illustrations · Creating and maintaining the illustrated parts catalog based on material documentation · Delivering material master data to internal and external customers · Independently planning and executing all tasks within your area of responsibility · Collaborating with other functions within the Eurodrone program to ensure program milestones are met and to support program activities · Acting as a point of contact for suppliers, as well as receiving deliveries
