THE JOB: Join the dynamic MassMutual Center team as a Tech Utility Lead , where you'll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by setting executing event set ups, cleaning and facility changeovers. THE STARTING RATE: $18.50 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Set chairs, bleachers, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dasher, ice making, etc. as directed Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the arena, convention spaces, public areas, offices, and other areas Recognize equipment that needs repairs, adjustments, or replacement, maintain equipment Oversee Tech Utility during changeovers and cleaning when supervisors are unavailable Take initiative to get tasks completed in a timely manner Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 1+ Years of prior relevant Tech Utility experience (required) Able and willing to work variable shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
