Job Summary
The Workplace Resources (WX) team creates spaces and services that support NetApp’s culture and employee experience. WX supports the business through corporate real estate, facilities operations, and workplace infrastructure. The Shipping & Receiving Specialist supports routine shipping, receiving, mail, and dock operations by following established procedures, applying company policies, and completing assigned tasks accurately and on time. This role requires guidance mainly for new assignments and judgment to identify when escalation or minor deviation from standard practice is needed. Job Requirements - Handles routine employee, guest, vendor, and customer requests using established WX procedures - Inspects incoming shipments, documents damage, and completes required paperwork - Processes incoming and outgoing parcels, freight, mail, pick-ups, and deliveries using required systems and scanners - Assists with equipment asset tagging and documentation - Maintains shipping supplies and escalates replenishment needs - Picks up, sorts, and delivers packages, mail, and pallets to assigned areas, verifying accuracy, completeness, and condition - Schedules and monitors routine domestic and international freight and e-waste pick-ups and deliveries; requests guidance for new or non-standard situations - Responds to work orders, email requests, and dock inquiries; escalates issues outside standard procedures
