Works independently and provides guidance to other team members offering in-depth technical knowledge and insights. Provides expert advice and insights in several areas within business sub-segment and reviews other’s work. Drives and manages the most complex clients/projects/activities within the business sub-segment, typically with a scope of large clients and/or multiple locations or countries. Focuses on strategic direction of sub-segment and relationships across and outside own business segment making decisions that impact wider segment and sometimes other business lines. Functional Knowledge: applies specialized professional, technical or industry knowledge to make a significant contribution to the development of advanced concepts, techniques, standards and applications/programs.  Exercises independent judgment in determining priorities based on general direction, methods or procedures on new or special assignments Business Expertise: responsible for large programs and projects and managing a crossfunctional team including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.  Accountable for the oversight of part of business sub-segment with few or no direct reports. Leadership: Reviews the work or others within the work group.  Responsible for employees’ development.  Provide supervision for one or limited group of staff but do not deliver work primarily through direct report(s).
