Labcorp is seeking an Investigator Support Coordinator I to join our team at Brigade Twin Towers, 5th Floor, Crest Block, Bangalore, Karnataka. Work Schedule Rotational shift - AM (5:30 AM-2:30 PM)/GS (10 AM-7 PM)/PM (2 PM-11 PM) IST home/office based. Night shift – Home based. 5 days of working (Monday to Friday) Job Responsibilities Prioritize patient safety in all daily operations and promptly escalate any patient safety concerns for resolution. Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete required training according to the required timelines. Support site communication and workflow by responding to project-related inquiries and coordinating with internal teams as needed. Monitor and resolve queries, holds, and process-related issues, escalating delays or unresolved items in a timely manner. Collaborate with different teams and departments to understand their processes and support effective issue resolution. Maintain project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner. Perform checks to ensure the quality of work is completed. Track and report workflow metrics as required. Ensure timely escalation as needed. Attend required meetings and participate in ongoing training related to process and system updates. Support end-to-end management of Quality Events (QEs), including triage, investigation, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and closure. Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Science Preferred Qualifications 1 year and more experience in quality operations, laboratory operations, customer support, or healthcare-related functions. 1 year of experience in a QC role Master’s degree in science. Additional Job Standards Demonstrate ability to organize work and communicate effectively. Experience in handling quality events, investigations, or documentation-based workflows. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to deliver consistent high-quality work.
