Career Level: S40 This role executes Talent Management activities that enhance leadership capability, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness. It applies specialized knowledge to support assessment, performance, talent planning, career development, and training programs across teams. The role independently manages defined components of development initiatives, including research and application of best practices. It collaborates with cross-functional partners to support execution and promote inclusive practices. The role also serves as a project manager for assigned Talent Management programs and initiatives. Accountabilities
1. Manage Talent Projects The role plans and manages medium- to large-scale Talent Management initiatives. It coordinates stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to achieve outcomes. This drives successful project completion. 2. Analyze Talent Insights The role analyzes employee experience, learning, and capability data. It summarizes insights to support workforce and leadership decisions. This enables data-driven improvements. 3. Develop Training Solutions The role designs and evaluates training content aligned to capability needs. It coordinates with external learning vendors. This ensures quality training delivery. 4. Execute Talent Processes The role delivers performance, learning, and career development activities. It follows established procedures and standards. This supports consistent program execution. 5. Support Stakeholder Engagement The role supports engagement with business stakeholders on talent development priorities. It coordinates communications and gathers feedback. This maintains alignment.
