As a  Customer Service Intern with French , you’ll gain hands-on experience with SAP, track orders, support our team, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll develop key problem-solving and communication skills while working on real projects that make an impact. Your main tasks

Processing orders in SAP and cooperation with the Back Office team Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and queries Tracking orders and delivery dates for customers Performing administrative tasks and providing support with reporting Taking part in internal projects on an ad-hoc basis Working closely with internal & external customers Your ideal background

Attention to details Quick learning skills Good analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems Ability to work with deadlines Strong written and oral communication skills  Good command in English (B2) & French is a plus What we offer
