Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Business Operations & Strategy Consultant serves as a key member of the Business Enablement function acting as an execution partner to Business Enablement Leads (BELs) and Wholesale Technology, Data & Operations (TD&O) leadership, this role helps translate business priorities into actionable plans, ensuring transparency, operational effectiveness, and alignment with enterprise requirements. The role operates as an extension of the Business Management Office, coordinating across technology, business, finance, risk, audit, human resources, sourcing, and enterprise partners to support the successful execution of organizational priorities. This individual helps drive disciplined execution, monitors operational health, manages reporting and governance routines, and supports continuous improvement efforts that enable business and technology teams to achieve strategic objectives. Identifies, designs, and implements improvements in operational workflows through technology and process enhancements. 3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals. 4. Independently analyses performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements and provide process improvement suggestions to senior professionals. 5. Assists with integrating innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes and operational effectiveness. 6. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. 7. Communicates operational status, risks, and improvement plans to stakeholders and leadership. 8. When applicable, manages supplier activities to support effective cost control and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
