Position in this function is responsible for the delivery of services and maintenance for Change Healthcare on prem PACS and Cloud products. Most of the support is provided remotely from the office. This position requires occasional travel up to 20%.

Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading customer satisfaction Perform problem diagnosis/resolution at customer sites and remotely. Perform trial run of systems to ensure performance meets the established specifications Perform hardware/software installation/upgrades, system configuration, quality test, and documentation according to Radiology and Stratus defined processes Performing functional inspections of installed systems (remote and on-site) including data monitoring and validations to minimize errors according to Stratus and Radiology defined processes Provide feedback concerning workflow issues, performance or other issues and make recommendations for service/tools improvements Generate customer reports such as progress, verifications, and exceptions Other duties as assigned Writing of SQL Plus and/or MS SQL queries and reports Working on Unix, Linux, and VMWare systems Setting up of Google Transfer Appliances Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science; Computer Technology Diploma or equivalent or related experience Experience working in AWS, GCP and Azure Cloud platforms. (working in either of the 3 as support ior administrator) Experience with Gitlab and Jira Experience with Medical Imaging, PACS or DICOM Experience leading and managing multiple projects, project management software skills an asset Understanding of client server architecture with regards to streaming data (especially image and demographic data) from the server to the client Understanding of medical imaging terminology and workflow Proven solid customer skills Proven excellent written and verbal communications skills and customer service attitude will be an asset Proven ability to manage priorities and workflow Proven ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees; Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Requires Travel: up to 10% Background: Experience with PACS Knowledge of image processing techniques Working knowledge of Unix/Linux Critical Skills: Proven solid written and communication skills Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to handle concurrent and complex projects Proven self-starter, able to work independently without supervision Team Player Proven solid Customer Service skills Proven excellent IT skills Proven solid time management and organizational skills Proven ability to coach and train Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Cloud Storage, SAN Storage or DVD/MO
