Intro: Provides timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and record-keeping to support management decision-making. The Integrated Drivetrain organization offers dynamic opportunities for accounting professionals. This role is responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) financial analysis, partnering closely with machine and engine teams, providing tariff impact support, evaluating product costs, and delivering strategic business insights to drive informed decision-making and business performance. What You Will Do: • Lead financial support and analysis for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. • Support tariff analysis and assess financial impacts. • Collaborate with stakeholders across diverse functions and backgrounds. • Develop financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. What You Have: • Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. • Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. What Will Set You Apart: • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. • Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes. • Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. • Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

Pay Range: $97,530.00 - $146,290.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
