Sr. Lifecycle Manager, Amazon Gaming - Luna

Amazon Gaming is seeking a strategic, customer and data-obsessed Lifecycle & Engagement Manager to own the end-to-end player lifecycle, from first touch through long-term retention and reactivation. This role is the connective tissue between acquisition and loyalty, responsible for designing and executing the communications, programs, and experiences that keep players engaged, active, and invested in the Amazon Gaming ecosystem. You will build the lifecycle marketing engine from the ground up, defining the player journey, creating segmentation frameworks, developing automated communication strategies, and partnering with product and analytics teams to drive measurable improvements in player engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines deep CRM and lifecycle expertise with a genuine passion for gaming and an intuitive understanding of what motivates players to play, stay and pay.
