Your Team, Your Impact As a test development senior staff engineer in the Operations business group, you will test features on the silicon semiconductor chips Marvell produces for internal and external customers. You will make sure we don’t ship out any underperforming units. You’ll work closely with design to make sure their chip features are testable and that the results meet the customer’s specifications. You may even have to write new code or develop new testing strategies when our chips outpace the capabilities of current testing equipment. What You Can Expect • Develop wafer sort test programs for production or characterization on the ATE or bench test platform. • Involved in the testability review with DFT/DFM teams to define and enhance yield and test methodologies. • Play a lead role in test flow optimization, test time reduction, insertion removals, yield improvement, and release of production test programs with product engineers and interpersonal skills. • Set SYL/SBL on new products using product yield history to ensure product quality. • Make disposition for production lots and work with NPI Product Engineering to drive yield improvement and test time reduction. • During NPI process, work with Product & Test Engineers to stabilize and improve product screening at wafer-probe and package levels. • Qualify and manage OSATs for capacity and competitive cost. • Manage OSAT ATE HW inventory and maintain released test programs at OSAT. • Support Supply Chain to meet customer delivery. • Review and monitor Test/WAT data to proactively resolve yield issues. What We're Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields and 10 years of related professional experience. • Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields with 5 years of experience. • 5+ years of experience with RF/Mixed-Sign IC test • Experience of sustaining high-speed RF products that have moved into volume production • Wafer sort analysis experience for analog devices up to 65GHz • Demonstrable experience in ATE testing (critical skill), test methodology. • Demonstrable with C / C++ /Python/Perl is desired. • Familiar with test bench equipment, including, but not limited to, Network Analyzers, Sampling Oscilloscopes and Power Meters, is desired. • Must have effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills. • Excellent problem solving, teamwork, collaboration and interpersonal skills. • Has an inherent sense of urgency and accountability. • Ability to clearly and concisely summarize engineering findings to a management audience. • Self-motivated and action oriented. • fluent in English (read/write/listen/speak) Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
