Meet the Team Core to the health and growth of our business, the Information Technology organization supports Millennium’s active, multi-manager business model through flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems. Within that environment, the IT Infrastructure team is responsible for supporting and operating the firm’s core technology foundation across cloud, information security, data centers, desktops, networks, and platform services. The team strengthens shared infrastructure, reliability, monitoring, and change management so the broader business and technology organization can operate securely, efficiently, and at scale.
What You'll Do
Serve as the subject matter expert for voice, video, and supporting infrastructure applications and platforms Ensure infrastructure designs and technologies align with firm standards, architectural principles, and industry best practices Continuously assess platform effectiveness and drive technical direction, upgrade planning, and improvement initiatives Develop short-term and long-term technical solutions that address business needs and IT requirements Implement and maintain technologies that protect data availability, message confidentiality, and system integrity Document infrastructure, operating procedures, engineering diagrams, operations manuals, and run books to support operational excellence Evaluate new products and solutions to enhance platform reliability, security, scalability, and user experience Monitor system health, capacity, and performance; identify risks, recommend improvements, and support critical systems as part of the global IT team, including 24/7 operational coverage What You Bring At least five years of operations and engineering experience supporting Cisco voice and video infrastructure and endpoints Strong hands-on experience with Cisco UCM, Cisco Expressways, SIP trunking, dial plans, least cost routing, SBCs, carrier interfaces, and QoS Experience supporting Cisco video endpoints and Zoom Room systems, including DTEN, Poly, and Logitech devices Working knowledge of Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams from both end-user feature and administrative perspectives Proven ability to troubleshoot voice and video performance issues across corporate and internet-based environments Experience reviewing, recommending, and certifying voice and video endpoints and peripherals, including headsets, webcams, and speakerphones Broad technical knowledge across conferencing room systems, control systems, DSPs, DANTE audio, AV displays, networking, virtualization, storage, firewalls, load balancing, and infrastructure monitoring tools Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or another scripting language to automate administrative tasks
