As a Graduate in our Channel Partner team, you will support the onboarding of new ISV applications onto HPE platforms such as Morpheus and Private Cloud AI (PCAI) . This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of cloud-native technologies, virtualization, and AI infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced engineers, gradually taking ownership of more complex application onboarding scenarios. We are looking for someone recently graduated and in their early career who already has a solid technical foundation and — most importantly — a genuine drive to grow into a broad, full-stack infrastructure specialist. You will not be expected to know everything on day one; you will be expected to learn fast. Locations : Warsaw, Poland Start Date : 1. September 2026 until 31. August 2027 Mandatory Requirements: Graduated from a university within the last 12 months from start date on, full-time availability, Polish & English on an advanced professional level What we're looking for Solid foundation in Linux, networking, Git, and SQL, with the ability to troubleshoot and work confidently in server environments. Exposure to containerisation and Kubernetes, including hands-on experience with Docker/Podman and deploying applications to Kubernetes clusters. A strong learning mindset with excellent English communication skills and the ability to turn technical documentation into practical solutions.

Experience with Kubernetes tooling and components, including Helm, Ingress Controllers, CSI/CNI, and writing Kubernetes manifests. Familiarity with virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), Windows Server, and Infrastructure as Code practices. Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, LLM hosting, GPU workloads, or model-serving technologies. What you will learn with us This role is designed to grow you into a specialist capable of onboarding any modern application onto HPE's cloud and AI platforms. Over time, you will develop deep expertise in: End-to-end application lifecycle management on Kubernetes , including advanced cluster configuration (CSI, CNI, Ingress). Authoring and maintaining production-grade Helm Charts . Designing and operating on-premises LLM hosting environments and AI infrastructure on PCAI. Working across the full stack of enterprise infrastructure — compute, storage, and networking — in both virtualized and containerized environments. Recognizing and adapting to the native environment of any application being migrated, and quickly learning unfamiliar technologies as the role demands.
