Job Overview
The Quality Analyst ensures that products, processes, and services meet established quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The position is critical for maintaining compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements
• Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: o Investigate quality discrepancies and implement corrective/preventive actions using methodologies like 8D, FMEA, and Six Sigma. • Quality Management System (QMS): o Support the maintenance and improvement of QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. o Assist in internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections. • Collaboration: o Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve systemic quality issues. o Represent the voice of the customer in quality-related discussions. • Continuous Improvement: o Drive initiatives to enhance product reliability and process efficiency. o Monitor quality metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement. What your background should look like
Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Data Science related majors e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Overseas education background is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or similar role in manufacturing or related industry. • Familiar with QA tools, statistical analysis, and methodologies (Black Belt, Six Sigma, Lean).
