About this role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee all facility- related functions of the project. - Serves as liaison to project’s Day Porter. - Work with the building landlord to ensure that the project’s facility needs are met. - Work with Project Contracts Manager to ensure that all building and materials licensing and permits are in compliance with various state or local authorities. - Conduct daily facility review to ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards to ensure a productive and safe work environment. - Perform ergonomic evaluations and adjustments for Project’s personnel. - Coordinate with Human Resource Department to reduce risk of workplace related injuries. - Workplace general maintenance including evaluation and corrections. - Oversee security and logistics associated with the project offices, warehouse, and disaster recovery facility. - Identify and implement cost savings and resource conservation initiatives. - Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements: - Must have basic knowledge with building related equipment. - Must be able to be on-site 5 days per week and on-call 24/7.
