Conducts advanced quality management activities across analytics and quality systems, independently performing complex analyses and audits. Plays an active role in continuous improvement initiatives while providing technical guidance and contributing to the development and maintenance of quality methodologies, standards, and tools. Job Requirements

Focus Quality Analyst:  Conducts comprehensive quality analyses and reporting to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Leads or significantly contributes to continuous quality improvement initiatives and provides technical guidance to junior quality analysts. Develops and maintains quality analysis tools and methodologies to strengthen data-driven decision-making. Focus QMS Auditor:  Conducts quality audits and assesses compliance with internal and external quality standards. Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives and provides technical guidance to less experienced QMS auditors. Develops and maintains audit checklists, procedures, and supporting documentation to ensure audit consistency and system effectiveness. What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies
