T he Ticket Writer will help advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Answer all guests’ questions to the best of your knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to guests. Plans, organizes and completes work timely. Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.
