About this role
Do you want to build innovative and inspirational shopping experiences that help customers discover new products? Are you passionate about helping brands stand out with their compelling value proposition, delight customers with engaging shopping experiences, and build long-term relationships? New selection is a key driver of Amazon's flywheel and shopper experience, representing a large share of shipped units each year globally. Our mission is to ensure customers discover new products that deliver differentiated value - better price, faster speed, stronger features, or a trusted brand - while giving sellers faster, clearer demand signals on Amazon than on any other store. Amazon A+ Content helps Selling Partners succeed in the Amazon Store with immersive, visually stunning content experiences intended to showcase their brand story and additional product feature information that helps customers make informed purchase decisions. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager, Technical (PMT) to own the CX for new selection discovery and A+ brand marketing content. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of customer experience, brand storytelling, and product innovation. You will define how new selection is presented and experienced by customers, shape the CX strategy for brand A+ Content, and drive measurable improvements in discovery and conversion through rigorous experimentation and customer-obsessed design. Key Job Responsibilities 1. Develop and test new, innovative CX widgets that increase discovery and customer engagement for new selection, including products showing signals of social proof 2. Collaborate closely with UX designers to develop rich content formats that help Customers evaluate high consideration products and communicate brand value proposition 3. Own the strategy for enabling new CX formats using A+ as a platform, acting as a scalable vehicle for brand-differentiated shopping experiences 4. Conduct customer and user research to deeply understand how shoppers discover and evaluate new products, translating insights into actionable design decisions 5. Prototype and iterate on new CX concepts using AI-powered design tools, rapidly generating and validating mocks before committing to engineering investment 6. Design and run A/B experiments to test new CX formats, measure lift in discovery and conversion, and build a data-driven roadmap based on results 7. Define and track P0 CX metrics including engagement, conversion, and content quality 8. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, and seller-facing teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences across the store
