The Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities for an assigned product or product area. This role translates customer, business, and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, measurable objectives, and prioritized work for cross-functional teams. Working closely with engineering, design, analytics, business partners, and product leadership, the Product Manager guides products and features through the development lifecycle, leads agile planning activities, and makes informed trade-off decisions to maximize customer and business value. The role also establishes product success metrics, monitors product health and performance, and uses data and customer insights to improve the user experience, drive adoption, and support broader portfolio and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Build OKRs for the product scope to support product portfolio and organizational OKRs, and drive alignment with business partners. Own the customer/user journey for a given product or feature and make decisions that impact feature usability with engineering. Define and measure customer success metrics to ensure the product scope supports overall product OKRs. Articulate how product features relate to the product vision and build a roadmap for stakeholders. Lead Agile ceremonies and provide clarity on expectations while aligning workstreams across team members. Prioritize and ensure the delivery, support, and execution of a high-quality product. Partner with Product Managers and business leaders to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize features aligned with the overall product vision. Work with Product Leadership to provide input on engineering priorities within the defined product space.
