Assistant Facilities Manager – JLL What this job involves: Join JLL as an Assistant Facilities Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional facility operations at a premier New York location. In this position, you'll manage critical site operations, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure seamless service delivery while supporting strategic initiatives that enhance workplace experience. What your day-to-day will look like: Manage site operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and contract requirements. Oversee vendor relationships for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and critical systems maintenance. Track and audit work orders within the CMMS platform to ensure vendor compliance with Service Level Agreements. Develop and maintain strong client relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators. Assist with budget management, quarterly forecasting, monthly spend reporting, and annual capital planning. Manage vendor purchase orders, invoices, payments, and conduct monthly financial reconciliations. Lead, develop, and supervise a professional team dedicated to delivering extraordinary service.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field Proficiency in enterprise workplace management systems, digital ticketing platforms, and data reporting tools Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to utilize information technology tools and platforms effectively Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance Proficiency with Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms Basic operational skills in Excel and Google Docs Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Property, Business, or related field Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proven teamwork and communication abilities Experience using generative AI tools and conversational search applications to accelerate data analysis and improve operational workflows Demonstrated people management and team development capabilities Location: New York NY-Google - 111 8th Ave Work Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekends off) Salary: $71,900 to $94,580 This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 71,900.00 – 94,580.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
