Opportunities for long-term career growth Ongoing development opportunities Competitive compensation (based on experience and skill level) Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time employees Supportive leadership and team culture What You'll Do Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work Record time spent repairs using company time clocking procedures Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results Return special tools to proper place Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day. Complete all required training What You'll Bring 1 year prior Lube Technician Experience Preferred. Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters· Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $18.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
