Overview The Hero Development Program HDP is a 24 month graduate development journey designed for ambitious Saudi graduates who are ready to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact from day one. The program provides broad exposure across Technology, Operations, Sales, and Quick Commerce through hands-on assignments, structured learning, mentorship, and potential international exposure. Participants will build strong business foundations, broaden their perspectives, and develop a well-rounded understanding of the organization. Applicants will undergo a multi-stage assessment process designed to identify high-potential talent with the capabilities and ambition to grow into future leadership and specialist roles. Gain cross-functional exposure and end-to-end business understanding Prepare graduates for specialized career paths and future leadership opportunities Operations Excellence & Logistics Track #1 Track Overview: The Operations Excellence & Logistics Track is designed for graduates who are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and building scalable operations. Heros will gain practical exposure to logistics, fleet management, customer service, vendor operations, technology, and automation. They will contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and the overall customer and delivery experience across Saudi Arabia. Learning Objective: Develop system thinking, scale operational and logistics processes across the kingdom, and invent solutions to enhance customer catalog and delivery experience.

Support initiatives to optimize processes across logistics, fleet management, customer service and vendor operations Support innovation and continuously improvement via automation and technology adoption scaling operations year-over-year Analyse root causes of customer issues, communicate proactively.
