McKesson is seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead multiple functions within a high-volume distribution center. In this strategic leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, service, productivity, and operational excellence. Lead warehouse and distribution operations to achieve safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost objectives. Develop and coach managers and supervisors, building a strong leadership pipeline and engaged workforce. Drive operational excellence through KPI management, workforce optimization, and data-driven decision making. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflow, inventory integrity, and overall distribution performance. Lead change management efforts that support business growth and operational transformation. Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, safety, and high performance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of leadership experience in distribution, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations. Proven success leading leaders in a high-volume, multi-shift environment. Strong experience driving continuous improvement, operational performance, and employee engagement. Excellent analytical, communication, and people leadership skills.

Experience with JD Edwards, Labor Management Systems (LMS), or warehouse automation technologies. Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification/experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
