The Psychiatric Institute of Washington is seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! Territory: Northern Virginia The Psychiatric Institute of Washington provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults suffering from mental health and addictive illnesses. PIW is a 130 bed, short-term, acute care hospital offering inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient hospitalization, as well as specialized treatment programs for chemical dependency. PIW has an excellent reputation as an innovative hospital with caring, dedicated staff, experienced in the delivery of behavioral healthcare. Situated in the safe, historical Tenleytown neighborhood, PIW is one mile from the Tenleytown Metro stop and within walking distance to local cafes and restaurants.

SUMMARY The Business Development Rep implements the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing referral potentials from assigned accounts, and developing new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business development systems. *The Business Development Rep develops and maintains relationships with referral sources in the Northern Virginia (NOVA) area.
