AML Transaction Monitoring Program Lead

As a Program Lead on the Meta FinTech Compliance (MFTC) Transaction Monitoring team, you will play a key role in executing large-scale projects in the payments compliance space, including control design, automation, and technology migrations. In this role, you will oversee and help manage Transaction Monitoring (TM) program(s), monitor overall program health, and drive process, technology, and operational enhancements that strengthen Meta's AML compliance framework.

You will develop creative solutions to enable scale for TM controls and processes, leveraging AI and other technology to improve TM programs. This includes identifying opportunities to enhance existing workflows, designing new controls, and partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to build and implement tooling that supports the program's objectives. You will take ownership of end-to-end program execution, from scoping and planning through delivery, communication, and measurement of outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to Legal, Engineering, and Integrity teams. In doing so, you will help Meta advance its mission while maintaining its commitment to AML compliance.
