As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function or platform. Collaborate with data architects to enhance core HR applications. Support the deployment of releases, ensuring readiness and user acceptance testing. Create detailed documentation that outlines solution designs and implementation plans. Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, availability, and regulatory requirements Produce and maintain architecture artefacts including solution diagrams and design documentation Review and approve technical designs and implementation approaches - Support delivery teams during build, test, and deployment phases - Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, and trade-offs Mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution
