Summary The Travel Provider role is a full‑time clinical position designed to support Curana Health’s SNF and ALF partners across North Carolina by providing short‑term, onsite coverage during provider absences. This includes planned and unplanned situations such as PTO, maternity leave, and other temporary coverage needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality medical care in SNF and ALF settings Step into existing care teams to ensure seamless patient coverage Adapt quickly to new facilities, workflows, and clinical environments Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Curana standards Collaborate with facility staff and Curana clinical leadership to support patient outcomes

Schedule & Travel Requirements

Full‑time, Monday–Friday Assignments may be anywhere within North Carolina Most assignments are within 30 minutes to 3 hours from home; occasional assignments may be farther, depending on coverage needs Providers typically travel Monday morning and return Friday afternoon No weekend coverage required Assignments generally range from several weeks up to 12 weeks Providers receive additional support to account for frequent weekday travel and short‑term facility coverage

Valid nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in state of operations & current board certification in your field Masters Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills preferred.
