行政支援與日常營運（約 70% ）

CRM 系統運作與專案協作 （ 約 30% ）

資料維護與報表整理：負責 CRM 系統 內 的客 戶 資料建檔、定期更新與維護 ， 確保資料正確性 ， 並定期 產 出每月基礎營運報表。 CSAT 客訴與反饋分流：收集並整理來自 CRM 管道的客 戶 常見問題與反饋 ， 統整後分派至相對應部門處理。

個人特質：細心度高、具備良好的溝通協調能力與團隊合作精神。 辦公軟體：熟練使用 Microsoft Office （ Word 、 Excel 、 PowerPoint 、 Outlook ）及 Google Sheets ，並具備基礎資料處理能力（如： VLOOKUP 、樞紐分析表等）。 系統與工具經驗（具備以下一項以上經驗者佳 Salesforce 、 SAP 、 LINE 官方帳號 LINE OA 等營運系統 ) 。 輔助工具： Canva 等設計工具經驗。
