Delivering learning and development programmes across franchise hotels throughout South & East Europe. Facilitating engaging training sessions that support operational excellence, brand standards, revenue generation, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction. Conducting learning needs analysis and recommending tailored development solutions to meet business requirements. Identifying and selling bespoke training programmes that address operational and commercial performance opportunities. Supporting the planning and execution of the annual regional learning and development strategy and training calendar. Partnering with franchise hotel General Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure training solutions align with business objectives. Contributing to the design, adaptation and continuous improvement of training content, including instructor-led and digital learning solutions. Working closely with global and regional learning teams to ensure consistency, quality and alignment of learning programmes. Managing and developing a Training Officer, providing coaching, performance feedback and ongoing development support. Supporting budget management, performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within the learning function. Strong facilitation and training delivery experience within hospitality, learning and development, or a related field. Experience conducting learning needs analysis and designing practical development solutions. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities through learning initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience working with Learning Management Systems, including content management and curriculum administration. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence audiences at all levels. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
