PCBA Equipment Engineer

 1.Deployment of full lifecycle management for production equipment to achieve high product quality and cost efficiency. 2.Participate in RIE activities such as TPM,VSM, SUR, and 5S+. 3.Optimize manufacturing processes and methods of the products. 4.Lead CIO, QIO, and SIO projects. Collaborate with cross functions (MFG/ MM / Quality) to improve and maintain machines higher OEE performance. Define and execute preventative and predictive maintenance plans for production equipments, inclduing machine breakdown repair and analysis, and the emerging knowledge conversation into the solid process.   Facilitae Kaizen initiatives in PCBA production lines, including TPM, SUR, VSM, SW, etc. for total productivity and quality improvements Promote safety culture and behavior, equipment mechanical protection and electrical safety improvement. Evaluate and develop automation and digitalization solutions to improve manufacturing productivity and quality, and set up the process for real time data integration and analytics to support decision-making processes.   Qualifications: 
 College education or above 5+ years wave soldering equipment management and PCBA manufacturing working experience  Master the repair and maintenance of auto inserting machine such as wave soldering\Selective welding\coating etc Familiar with IPC610E manufacturing process standards Familiar with the PCBA welding process parameters setting and optimization Familar with lean / quality tools, TPM, SPC, VSM Understanding I4.0 solution and application is PLUS Patient, passionate and motivated,curiosity about the leading tech.
