Analyze,   maintain , and improve existing applications using current technologies and methods.   Create and   maintain   technical documentation   and coordinate architectural adjustments in collaboration with the relevant teams.   Resolve   service requests and incidents   to ensure that issues are handled   efficiently   and service level expectations are met.   Lead or support IT projects   from planning through execution, including schedule and resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.   Ensure that all development work   complies with   security standards   and integrates well into broader   IT security architectures .   Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams and business departments, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications   Degree in   Computer Science ,   Information Technology , or a related field; alternatively, completed vocational training as an   application developer   with equivalent experience.   Professional experience   in development and   IT solution design , particularly within   IT security architectures .   Strong understanding of   RBAC (Role ‑ Based Access Control)   and   Identity and Access Management (IAM)   in both   traditional   and   cloud-based environments .   Proven experience in   IT project management , with practical knowledge of frameworks and standards such as   ITIL   and   baseline IT security based on BSI principles .   Skills and   Competencies   Ability to   quickly analyze complex technical and organizational challenges   and   identify   practical, scalable solutions.   High level   of   customer and   service orientation , with excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business partners.   Ability to   translate business requirements from specialist departments into BE/FE code .   Structured, independent working style with   a strong sense   of responsibility.   Experience with documentation, architecture planning, and   implementation   oversight in   IT environments within larger enterprises .
