In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative software solutions while leveraging AI as a fundamental part of your development workflow. You'll work on challenging client projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and continuously experiment with emerging technologies to improve productivity, code quality, and business outcomes. Location: We are currently accepting applications from candidates located in Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Dominican Republic, and Panama. Key Responsibilities

Use AI tools and assistants as an integral part of daily software development activities. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions. Automate repetitive tasks and optimize engineering workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients. Apply engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development. Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve development efficiency and quality. Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Focus on delivering business outcomes with speed, quality, and sound engineering judgment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in modern software development.

Language Requirements

English proficiency at B2+ level or higher .

Technical Skills

Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies. Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar coding assistants. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and automated testing. Understanding of software engineering best practices and modern development methodologies.

Experience with AI Agents, MCP servers, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM integrations. Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, or similar technologies. Experience developing AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
