Marketing Planning Manager

THE WORK Prepare and deliver regular planning reports and insights for key stakeholders. Develop, maintain and improve reporting tools and processes, driving automation and simplification. Coordinate collaboration and information flow across multiple business functions and teams. Serve as the main point of contact for planning and reporting-related inquiries. Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of planning processes and standards. Lead, coach and develop team members, fostering collaboration, engagement and professional growth. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED 3–4 years of experience in business planning, operations, finance, supply chain, or related functions. Experience in forecasting, planning, reporting, or process management. Experience in team leadership, coaching, and people development. Project management and presentation skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Professional proficiency in English - min C1 level. International or regional business experience is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and present quantitative and qualitative insights. Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively across teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field would be an asset.
