Associates and Senior Associates – Audit – Australia    The opportunity              As our Associate or Senior Associate you’ll find an exciting profession and industry to be part of right now. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.     Your key responsibilities

Planning and coordinating audits with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues, ensuring audits are executed in compliance with policies and protocols.  Executing audit processes with an understanding of an entity’s operating environment.

Skills and attributes for success    Ideally, you’ll have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience delivering external audit and assurance engagements. Experience leading the planning, execution and reporting on audits. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach. Experience in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters.  A degree and/or progress towards/completion of a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing value added recommendations.
