Key Responsibilities
Engages with customers at a department head and director level to identify High Value Problems affecting customer's ability to achieve technology milestones. Provide technical leadership in developing DVS solutions across BUs to address customer High Value Problems. Actively engage with Account GM on setting multi-year strategy for the account Drives the adoption of new technology at the customer site. Manages a team that works closely with customers to demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites, through Demos, on site evaluations, Joint Development Programs and new tool qualifications. Manage PSEs providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Responsible for technical development of entire PSE team at assigned location. Mentor new managers. Implement appropriate training plans to enhance strength of the team Responsible for demand planning and financial forecast of activity Technology expert in multiple product lines and multiple BUs Expert integration knowledge in multiple areas Requirements MS in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field. 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience in customer engineering, field service, process support, or applications. Strong background in semiconductor metrology, inspection, or process control technologies. 5+ years of experience leading managers and multi-level technical organizations. Proven track record of supporting strategic semiconductor customers and driving technology adoption. Experience managing large technical teams, workforce planning, and business forecasts. Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills. Experience with advanced semiconductor manufacturing and integration across multiple technology areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting TSMC or other leading semiconductor manufacturers. Leadership experience within semiconductor equipment companies such as KLA, ASML, Hitachi High-Tech, Nova, or Applied Materials.
