More about this role What you need to know about this position: What extra ingredients you will bring: Lean Operation & Standard Work Development: to support Bandung Plant for operator’s empowerment to prevent losses by consistently performing inspections and repairs. This also involves equipping them with the knowledge to connect how equipment functions with its condition, with the ultimate objective of achieving zero defects. Check and review current documentation Communicate and review with related team regarding project items and request approval Share progress and update by weekly and monthly to Intern Coach (Rima) Trial implementation for new system Health check trial implementation Education / Certifications: Job specific requirements: Will be placed in Bandung Plant.
