Grade Level (for internal use): 08 The Team: The Financial Risk Analytics team is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented analyst to join its innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and support of advanced financial risk solutions, utilizing the latest technologies in the industry. As an Associate, you will understand the team's broader goals, apply your skills and knowledge to defined outputs, and continuously seek ways to improve quality within the team’s operations. Responsibilities and Impact: • Provide robust daily support for Risk as a Service (RaaS) and Deployed solutions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experience. This includes the ability to produce high-quality output within specific work areas and meet timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly and efficiently resolve issues, maintaining high standards of service delivery, while taking initiative to provide support to the wider team. • Conduct comprehensive data analysis on the S&P Global Data estate and Financial Risk Analytics’ Risk Factor Utility, utilizing analytical skills to manage data quality and ensure accurate, reliable information for the end-to-end workflow. • Investigate and troubleshoot system, data, or process issues, paying close attention to detail and identifying potential problems. • Implement proactive measures to identify and resolve potential problems before they impact RaaS and Deployed solutions. • Assist in the implementation, testing, and documentation of new features, ensuring rigorous standards are met, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback for continuous improvement. • Operate effectively by determining a course of action based on clear guidelines and connect daily work to S&P Global purpose and values. • M inimum of 2 days per week in office. Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated range of compensation for this position is $60,000.00 to $87,500.00. Final compensation for this role will be based on the individual’s performance, geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
