The Compensation & Benefits New Associate supports the delivery of HR services related to payroll, employee benefits, and compensation processes within a shared services/contact center environment. The role involves handling employee queries, executing transactions, and ensuring accurate and compliant processing of compensation and benefits activities, while delivering a consistent employee experience. What are we looking for? Relevant years of experience into HR Operations or Shared Services experience • Exposure to Compensation & Benefits or employee data management processes is an advantage\" • Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent). •\"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time\" • Basic understanding of Compensation & Benefits processes (payroll, benefits administration) • Knowledge of Australia payroll regulations, taxation, and superannuation basics • Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems (SAP, Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors – preferred) • Experience or understanding of contact center operations and SLA-driven delivery • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and employee data • Good communication skills with ability to handle employee queries professionally and empathetically • Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive transactions efficiently • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills • Understanding of data privacy requirements for sensitive compensation information • Adaptability to fast-paced, process-driven environments Roles and Responsibilities: •• Handle employee queries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits via contact center channels (calls, chat, portal) • Support payroll input validation, salary changes, bonus processing, and deductions • Assist in administration of employee benefits (health insurance, superannuation, leave entitlements) in Australia • Ensure accurate data entry and updates in HRIS and payroll systems • Maintain adherence to SLA/KPI metrics (AHT, FCR, accuracy, CSAT) in a high-volume environment • Support compliance with Australia regulations (Fair Work Act, tax, superannuation requirements) • Assist in resolving basic compensation or payroll discrepancies and escalate complex issues • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates for common queries • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of employee compensation information Any Graduation About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s
