The candidate will be responsible for design, implementation, administration, troubleshooting, automation, and operational support of enterprise DDI infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires deep understanding of enterprise DNS architecture, IPAM management, DNS security, DNS delegation, GSLB concepts, and integration with network/security platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and administer enterprise DDI infrastructure using Micetro and Infoblox. Configure and maintain authoritative, Recursive DNS, DHCP services and IPAM solutions Handle DNS zone creation, delegation, forward/reverse lookup zones configurations. Perform onboarding and migration of DNS zones between legacy and DDI platforms. Configure and troubleshoot DNS forwarding, Conditional forwarding, Split-horizon DNS, Anycast DNS concepts. Implement DHCP scopes, reservations, failover, and lease management. Manage IP address allocation, subnet planning, and IP utilization reporting. Monitor DNS/DHCP health, availability, and performance. Troubleshoot DNS resolution, replication, latency, and delegation issues. Support automation. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and change management activities. Create operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Collaborate with security, network, and project teams for DNS requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: DDI Platforms Strong hands-on experience with Micetro (Men & Mice) & Infoblox NIOS Experience in Grid architecture and management. DNS Expertise DNS record types A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, PTR, NS. Recursive vs Authoritative DNS Iterative vs Recursive queries DNS delegation, Zone transfer. DNSSEC Conditional forwarding Split DNS DHCP/IPAM DHCP failover and high availability Scope management Lease troubleshooting IP subnetting and CIDR IP planning and utilization management Experience in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or similar). Experience with AI-aided network observability and management tools. Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks for network operations. Ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents and infrastructure issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Certifications (Required/Preferred/Similar): Infoblox Certified Professional (ICP) Infoblox DDI Expert certification AWS/Azure certifications CCNA/CCNP Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 6-8 years of experience in large enterprise DDI implementation.
