The Jr Associate Functional Design Architect requires to collaborate with the Digital and Transformation team in various locations to support IT enabled business solutions. The role involves assistance in system configuration and enhancement plus production support in alignment with West Digital and Transformation and company policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Possess Basic understanding of the overall vision and business needs and utilizes this knowledge to collaborate with business for detailed business requirements Essential core member of agile sprint team(s) to configure and develop optimal technical solutions / features. Under guidance provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements as described in User Stories. Help in providing system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and process set within the ERP Services Delivery model, West policies and procedures as well as Regulatory requirements including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP. Create and maintain system lifecycle documents in accordance with West policies and procedures, including creation and maintenance of SOPs, SOIs and Job Aids. Provide support in system and data monitoring activities. Assist senior team members and supervisors in terms of Incident management activities, data analysis, Idoc and interface monitoring. Work within and participates in the Change Control process. Other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required Work Experience
